Non faith based Self Help books

Are there any good self help books that are not christian based?

I am not bashing Christians I am just not one so a book telling me to pray is not going to be helpful.

  • I'm not Christian and a big fan of Self Help books... I personally like the Law Of Attraction Books. But I'm looking for more Pagan Based Books... So let me know if you find any.

  • Due to her multiple sexual partners and noncommital toward religion, the author of Emotional Freedom lacked integrity for me.  Try as I might, I could not finish the book.

You might like it, though, because she encourages meditation borrowed from Taoism, toward "whatever higher power you so choose", or even to your own "inner wisdom".  It looks like she has at least one more book, too.

Is there a specific self-help subject you are interested in?
