Do you use the word "memorize" when you learn something outside of school, just for fun?

From traveling, books, movies, and meeting new people.

  • Yeah. I do a lot of religious and religious history studies as well as some on other subjects (BPD, Fibromyalgia, ADHD, Vaccines, etc.) And I do a good bit of memorizing of dates, facts, deities and other things. Not for any school, but because that's what I think is fun.
