  • i disagree completely. children, adults, men, women. should all take a multi vitamin. there is a certain ammout of vitamins you need in a day to truly be healthy and there is no possible way to count to see if you are getting all those vitamins from your diet. america has become so unhealthy, hospitals are overcrowded, people are constantly sick because they have weak immune systems and they need to learn the facts on how to really take care of themselves. all people of all ages should be taking a multi vitamin every day

  • Not to mention, the fact that our soils have become so depleted of nutrients that there has to be mass chemicals added to get plants to grow, which worsens our health even further. I have always thought the average person needed to be taking a multivitamin, but didn't see the point since most multivitamins are only about 10% useable. I found a multivitamin that is 85% useable and have been taking it for a few weeks now. I have noticed a major difference, even though I eat all organic and healthy. I was very curious what everyone else's opinion on multivitamins were.

  • here's another thing. after a meal, especially a fatty meal, your arteries constrict and shrink which slows blood flow and causes extreme fatigue. a multi vitamin daily prevents that from happening
