Mandatory Arbitration, what to do?

I received a summons for "mandatory arbitration", over a credit card debt (less than $800). Does anyone know how I should approach this, and or what I should do in general. I know that mandatory arbitration means no hearing, no trial..ect I have no job, no bank accounts, no property or investments. Any advice or suggestions on how to deal with this?
