Loose Skin after a C-Section

Hey, is there anyway to tighten skin after a c-section, without having to have surgery? I have been trying to do sit-ups on an exercise ball and massaging my stomach with the cocoa butter for stretch marks, but I don't feel like I am making any progress. I would appreciate any positive advice.

  • pilates aimed at the core can be a great help. Crunches only work some of the muscles but a "pilates core" work out gets them all.

  • If it hasn't been long since the c-section or since you lost the weight then it might still tighten up a little with time but doing sit ups isn't really going to do anything for lose skin.
