too much weight loss craziness!

i go between 205-210 now. i have PCOS so its hard to lose the weight.

i weighed myself this morning and i'm 202... NEVER been this low before. i havent worked out, havent ate right, havent done ANYTHING to help the weight loss...

but when i DO eat right, work out, etc- i lose nothing. just a few days ago, i was 207- i STAYED at 207 for almost 2 months...

how did i lose the weight like that?

  • It's most likely just water weight. Our weight fluctuates by many pounds throughout the day. Maybe you had less sodium yesterday than usual. That is usually why I weigh much less in the morning. Could be your scale is acting up to.

  • When you didn't try, you probably had less stress.....stress keeps the pounds, not sure why.

  • when you are eating right and working out, what is a typical day of food like, and what is a typical workout? are you drinking enough water? sometimes, the body will hold on to water if you are not taking enough in.
