i go between 205-210 now. i have PCOS so its hard to lose the weight.
i weighed myself this morning and i'm 202... NEVER been this low before. i havent worked out, havent ate right, havent done ANYTHING to help the weight loss...
but when i DO eat right, work out, etc- i lose nothing. just a few days ago, i was 207- i STAYED at 207 for almost 2 months...
how did i lose the weight like that?
It's most likely just water weight. Our weight fluctuates by many pounds throughout the day. Maybe you had less sodium yesterday than usual. That is usually why I weigh much less in the morning. Could be your scale is acting up to.
