  • Banana's, Applesauce, Rice, Toast (breads and pasta), Potatoes, yogurt

No fruit juice and no milk (other than yogurt) stick with pedialyte and water... or if she is a big milk drinker lactose free milk in small amounts is fine.

  • I was going to suggest B.R.A.T. as well. The poster is right about saving a trip to the Dr. it could just be a 24 hour bug and that would be a waste of money for the Dr. to tell you to keep her hydrated. If it persists for 2 days though, or if there is blood in it, I'd go to the Dr. Use lots of diaper rash cream. The diarrhea will probably cause some major diaper rash.  GL momma!  Hope she feels better soon  :-)

  • I agree, BRAT diet, but give up the ped. and give her water. In many cases ped. makes it WORSE!
