  • By 20 weeks w/ my firsborn I'd lost 40 pounds or so.... and more later on. But I had a healthy 7 pound 12oz kiddo. It's all about the babies growth...... whatever you're managing to eat goes straight to the baby..... do u have hyperemesis?

  • i lost weight during the first half of both of my pregnancies. i think it's fairly common. You normally start making up for it at some point. Discuss it with your doctor if you are still losing at this point.
