  • DS = Dear Son DD = Dear Daughter LOL

My girls are not allowed to have their ears pierced until they are at least 12 yrs old. Period.

  • My daughter is 5 and does NOT want them pierced at all. I told her once she was 5 it was up to her. Whenever she asks she can have it done-but they are HER ears and HER choice.

  • MomNbabyGirl, did she have a problem with tugging on her ears? My friends DD had hers done at close to 3 months and she was tugging on them and one ended up getting infected, that's what I'm ultimately stuck on.

  • No, she didn't. Actually, she never really touched them. As long as you cleanse them like you are supposed to, and rotate them she should be fine.

  • 4 months old. Cleanse them several times a day and rotate like the instructions they give you and it should be fine.

  • My daughter is 7 and just started asking for them. It won't be long now. The girls in her class started getting them done this year (first grade).
