  • I use it in everything from casseroles to tacos, to soups, even spaghetti. Try it in an Alfredo dish. If you don't want to go from scratch try it with any hamburger, tuna or chicken helper dish.

  • The only thing I make with that stuff is quesadillas. I mix the drained chicken with some taco seasoning, finely shredded cheese, a couple dollops of sour cream, and a couple spoonfuls of cream of celery soup. Spread the filling over half a tortilla, keeping it at least half an inch from the edges. Fold tortilla. Heat on a cookie sheet in oven, or in a dry non-stick frying pan on the stove, til cheese is melted. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter and serve. My kids LOVE this alongside tomato soup.

  • Should have added, you only need 1/4 - 1/2 cup filling per quesadilla unless you like it stuffed - from 2 big cans I usually get 12 or more quesadillas.

  • Good suggestions here I think. I've also mixed it with avacado and that's really good. DH won't eat shredded chicken either, but that's fine w/ me, more for me to enjoy. :)
