What can Obama do to clean the spill?

Everyone on here complains about him not doing enough. What would you do? Just curious.

  • I don't know why some of you think NOTHING is being done.... Stop relying on what the media filters to you.

Hay, hair and enzymes help and if you check BP and other government sites you will see what is already being done. It's not like they're standing around watching the beaches fill up with oil.

Many people are applying for jobs to help with the clean up. Pensacola Unemployment office set up a hot line and help desk to assign workers to that area alone.

  • Shut his mouth and let the experts do their job. Just remember he said BP could do nothing without permission from the EPA and Washington. If nothing is getting done it's because they are not wanting it done.

  • There isnt much anyone can do about an oil spill. That is why we, as in Americans, need to have other sources of energy

    IMO

  • Get some really good dish washing gloves and a few truckloads of Dawn dish soap?! LOL

Seriously, at this point it's too late to "get tough!" He needed to BE tough from the get go, and LONG before he chose to "look the other way" with inspections, which, no doubt, was a condition for receiving BP's significant campaign donations!

But I digress...he's (apparently) a "very special president"--like none other that we've ever had before, and he's "only been in office for 17 months...he needs more tiiiiime!" LOL

  • Corp. have requested to go in and help out and they have been told no, that it is being handled. He needs to ask the appropriate people for help and let them HELP! Stop restricting them, remove the red tape and let them do their jobs!
