  • dd is 3.5.. She naps still for about an hour a day (usually between 1-2pm). She goes to bed around 10pm (i know late, shes always been late going to bed, no matter what time we take her there) and wakes up on her own anywhere between 8-9am.

  • My 3 year old generally goes down around 1:30 and gets up between 5-6pm. Sometimes earlier, but not often. Then he is in bed by 9 and sleeps until between 7:30 & 9:00am.

  • When my 3.5 year old takes a nap, it's usually 1.5-2 hours. On a normal night he probably sleeps 10-11 hours.

  • My 3 1/2 year old Son naps from 2:00 to 4:30 every day. If he doesn't wake up by himself by 4:30, I wake him up before 5:00. He goes to bed before 9:30 & sleeps until 7:30 am.
