trying to stay fit this pregnancy im 10 weeks. My 1st baby i gained way to much 60lbs and its hard to loose it all dont want to repeat that

  • i'v been doing yoga and it gives me more energy to do other things. i also watch what i eat. it's no reason to pig out and get lazy, just continue to take care of your body.
