Has anyone been induced with Prostin Gel? Did it work and how quickly?

  • In my education opinion, it is best NOT to be induced chemically if you can. The more interventions you do the more likeliy you are to have complications. Let your body do its job : ) There have been some problems with inductions during VBACs and an increased risk of uterine rupture. You really just need to talk about the risks with your doctor.

  • I agree with sapient. I know how horrible the end of pregnancy is, but believe me, your child will know when it is time to come out!

  • They used a cervix ripening getl on Haley (sister) and they still had to do the petocin drip the next day.
