Getting tired of that damn paci popping out of her mouth at night!!! (a vent and a question)

Ok, my daughter is 24 months old and uses a paci for nap and bedtime. Not a problem with me. If it makes her feel secure, so be it.

But lately, when the thing pops out of her mouth at night, and she can't see it in the dark, she starts screaming until I find it for her. I don't know if this has to do with her having an ear infection, but it's starting to tick me the hell off!

If this continues even after her ear infection clears up, should I give the paci to the "paci fairy"?

  • I would. Or you can do what a friend of mine does- she puts about 10 pacis in her dd's crib at night so no matter how she moves around there is one close by.
