  • Curfew to me implies being able to go out on her own and 11 is way to young to be doing this, so a curfew would be innappropriate for a girl that age. If she were to go to a neighbors house after dinner or so, I would want her home before 9.

  • 9:30 on a week day, and 10:00 on a weekend!

  • My 11 year old would not be on their own without a parent/guardian,so to me,this question is moot.

  • my mom's rule was "when the cowbell rings"... and she really had a cowbell. lol! but, that was pretty much when we were in the neighborhood... if we went to the movies or to the mall or something, she would pick us up, so there was no set curfew.

  • I have always felt the age, or tween age in the summer should be between 8:30 to 9:00, and for an 11 year old, 9:00 is appropriate.

  • I agree that curfew does not exist at this age. If it is a school night my son has to be home no later than 8 so he can prepare for the next day, get a shower etc... On the weekends if he is going to the movies with his friends there is always a parent and depending on the plans depends on the time he would be home. I would not let my son leave my house and just randomly go anywhere just to be home at a certain time. My son is 12.

  • When she gets home from school. If she is with other adults it would depend on who she is with.
