How long can you freeze corn?

I have fresh corn that has been frozen since 2008..it has been almost 2 yrs exactly. do i need to pitch it?

  • try it first. just make sure you put it in boiling water while it is still frozen. I would guess if it's been in a good container it will be OK, GL.

  • I've used it when it had been frozen way longer than 2 years. It will keep in better condition cut off than on the cob, but it will still probably be okay at this point.

  • It is cut off the cob. Thanks I will try it soon and get it out of the freezer!
