  • I don't let my kids have juice until after 2 yr old. Juice is junk food.

  • Juice is not junk food just because of the high sugar content. All natural juice products are actually healthy for your baby to have. However, I don't usually give juice until they're one years old. On the rare occassion I give my six month old juice (Which has been once) I add 2 oz juice and 3 oz water.

  • Hold off on juice until at least two. Breastmilk (or formula) are all that are necessary. Later on, juice is a great occasional treat.
