  • None, all your LO needs is breastmilk or formula until a year.

  • They don't NEED any, but you can give it as a way to introduce sippy cup. A cup a day is fine.

  • None. A 6 month old should get their fluids from breast milk or formula.

  • None - they need breastmilk or formula - no juice or water or cows milk until a year

  • They don't need any, but if you are going to give water, 4-5 oz per 24 hours.
