what all can you put in a sippy cup for a 7month old?

  • water or breastmilk/formula. anything else is way too much sugar, even juice diluted.

  • Water and they don't need any more than 4 to 6 oz in an entire day. They should be getting their fluids from breast milk or formula. The sippy cup is just for practice at this point.

  • All "natural" juice is simply the natural sugars from fruits. It's not necessary and not good for you. NO juice.
