Morning sickness once i move in my bed when i wake up!

The first movment i make while just waking up triggers my morning sickness and i cant eat anything for hours. Help?

  • Eat something right before you go to sleep, such as crackers or toast. Also stay hydrated. Once you wake up, try eating more crackers or toast. It helped me a lot.

  • Eat protien before bed (a string cheese, a glass of milk, a yogurt, etc.) and then eat 5 or 6 saltine crackers before getting out of bed. Put slices of lomen in your water.

  • i use to keep a bag of ginger cookies by my bed and eat a few before i got up.

  • I would always have some saltines and a 7 up on my head board, that way as soon as I would start to wake up I would eat a few crackers and take a few sips on 7 up. I really worked a lot.

  • Ohh yes saltines or oyster crackers were my morning before I got out of bed snack. LOL Helps alot
