  • Sweet potato fries and glazed carrots (ie add butter and a little brown sugar or maple syrup)

  • roasted vegetables (like parsnips, turnips, purple potatoes, brussels sprouts, young carrots, pearl onions, etc etc). As long as they are cut uniform in size.
    Toss in salt (Kosher or sea salt is the best!), pepper, herbs and a good coating of olive oil.
    Bake at 375.
    After 10 mins take out and turn everything over.
    Will be done when veggies are browned or caramelly in color on the outside.
    (Apples also roast really well and look pretty with the veggies!
