Do think this meat is fat or extra skin?

I have tried over and OVER to crop this pic...so much that I feel like smashing something. WTF? I am not a fan of photobucket. GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Anyway...this extra meat on my abdomen....I want to get rid of it..do you think it's fat or maybe just loose skin?

  • P.S. In shadowed light, you can't see it, but from the side in indirect light...eww.

  • UMM...I'm not a troll. Why on earth would I be a troll? That's stupid to say.

My abs aren't THAT sculpted...some of that is skin/fat?

  • I don't see extra skin but it's hard to tell from the pic. If it feels really thin and lose when you grab it then it's extra skin. You're fairly lean but you could definitely lean out a little more if you want to really see your abs.

  • PS... if you do lean out more you'll want to ad some muscle all over (arms/shoulders/legs/etc) or you'll look bad.
