i posted this question in a group---"christians" ask for prayer when someone is sick or hurt---was just wondering what other religions do--wiccan, pagan, satanism, etc---is there anything that other religions do to get through stuff like that, etc??

  • Jews and Muslims pray for people who are sick or need help, pagans (which includes Wiccans) will send good thoughts or sometimes even healing energy.

  • I'm Pagan. I pray all the time. I also do blessings and send "positive" energy through meditation and other forms... I guess it just depends on the situation. If I don't actually know you, I will generally ask the Gods to keep you in their thoughts, or help you out... But if I know you or feel close to you, I will do things more personally through candle blessings or positive energy work...

  • What MamaK88 said. I light a candle for the person and concentrate on sending thru the white light to help and protect them.
