If you formula feed, how much do you spend a month?

And on what kind of formula?

  • When my first son was on Nutramigen we spent $600 in 6 weeks, roughly. We didn't qualify for WIC and that was our savings for the baby, good thing we had it. But after that I don't recall.

  • I am currently switching over to the wic formula so i can only spend about 45 a month...but the last 2 months i was buying enfamil lipil with iron and he went through 5 big cans a month which was around 130. it was 24 something a can

  • We bought Parents Choice and spent around $30 a month(maybe a bit more).

  • We used store brand which was like $13 for one of those super big cans so, depending on the age of the baby, spent between $26-$52 a month on formula which was always worked into our grocery budget.

  • We used Nutramigen for my twins and it was about $18 a DAY for formula.
