My daughter is 15 months and this is an average day:
8:15-Breakfast, cereal (always) 5 ounces of Whole milk Dairy Ease (always), freshfruit or toast...sometimes both depending on how hungry she is.
10:00-snack, Fruit, cookie, crackers, puffs, or something along those lines with juice or water.
12:00-lunch, Some kind of meat or protien like grilled cheese sandwhich, veggie or pasta, and fresh fruit, 5 oz of Whole milk Dairy Ease (always)
2:30-another snack similar to the above with water
5:00-Dinner, What ever we eat or I heat her something if she can not have what we have with veggies and a carb of somesort like potato or pasta, 5 oz of whole milk Dairy ease (always)
7:00: Small snack usually gold fish, cherrios or some other similar item with 5 oz of Whole milk dairy ease (always) and then she gets a bath and goes to bed around 8:15.
She always has water available to her all day long.
