WASHINGTON – Over and over in the health care debate, President Barack Obama said people who like their current coverage would be able to keep it.
But an early draft of an administration regulation estimates that many employers will be forced to make changes to their health plans under the new law. In just three years, a majority of workers — 51 percent — will be in plans subject to new federal requirements, according to midrange projections in the draft.
The Obama administration said the draft regulation is an early version undergoing revision. Nonetheless, the leaked document was getting widespread interest Friday in lobbying firms that represent employers and insurance companies and on Capitol Hill.
"What we are getting here is a clear indication that most plans will have to change," said James Gelfand, health policy director for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

By now, everyone should understand that Obama has studied "Clinton-esque" that would be the fine art of semantics and double talk!!!
Of course you can keep your insurance....right up until they go out of business because they cannot compete with the governments buying power, or ADD new subscribers after companies drop their subscribers coverage in favor of a minuscule penalty that will only help the company's bottom lines!
Obama won't be the bad guy, the big bad employers will! Besides, Obama will be LONG gone frm office when/if this plan actually commences. Just like every other "bright idea" he's had, he never sticks around long enough in a job to see things through or to learn from his failures.

For those of you who claimed this bill was already written, no surprises, WHOOPS! Looks like they are still revising it. No one really knows what is in the bill after all.
