I suffer from depression. . .but only at night. I'm 32 weeks pregnant. What does this mean? What can I do to prevent this? I'm getting sick of it! It's just a "down in the dumps that nothing can take care of" sort of feeling, each night a few hours before bed.

  • It's just your hormones. You're obviously having a weird surge at that time of day. Try taking some extra vitamin B (a complex is good) at around lunch time and see if that helps perk you up. Hormones can go wacky when you're tired.
