This is silly, but to find out if your have a cool or warm tone skin, you're supposed to look at the veins in your wrist. Blue is cool, green is warm. Ok I got that. But some of mine are blue, some are green and some are dark purple. So how do I know what my skin tone is?

It's possible you have a neutral skin tone (I do) and can pull off both cool and warm. Another test though: Wash your face and then place a white towel around your neck and shoulders. The pure white cloth will reflect skin undertones. If your face looks yellow next to the white towel you have a warm skin tone and if it looks more blue then you have a cool skin tone. Also, If you look better in silver jewelry you have a cool skin tone, and if you look better in gold then you have a warm skin tone.
