  • Yes, and it is way better. Dreft has fragrance, which can irritate babies skin. My son was allergic to it. We discovered a laundry list of allergies when he was 4 months old. Changing from Dreft to All Free and Clear (same idea) made a huge difference.

And you won't have to seperate the babiy's laundry from everyone elses.

  • I have heard yes but honestly I always used whatever soap we had for my babies and it was fine. Only if your baby has sensitive skin to it does it really matter.

  • I never bought dreft. Its VERY Overpriced.
I used a variety of brands that offered free & clear! My son never had a rash!

  • I didn't use Dreft. I used Tide and added baking soda.

  • I bought dreft one time with my 1st. I have 5. I don't think it's nessesary. Sure if you are concerned you can try the tide free or ALL free.

  • As long as the detergent doesn't have dyes and perfumes, I think it's safe for babies. I think we use Purex.
