Anyone without insurance pay for a pregnancy blood test?

If so, how much was it and when would you suggest waiting to have one done? If it wasn't too expensive I was thinking if I get another negative home pregnancy test at 14 days late with pregnancy symptoms and high cervix, that I should consider having one done.

  • OP CONTINUED:

We've been TTC on and off and I've been searching for an insurance company that doesn't have a ridiculously high monthly rate for a pregnant woman. Just discovered a government program a month ago that will actually let you pay a discounted rate if you've been without insurance for 6+ months. I'm waiting to see if I qualify for the program while pregnant so I could very well be without insurance for the next month.

Any answers/advice would really help. Thanks girls!
