what is good for chafing on the inner thighs?

anyone know any tips or tricks? it's pretty bad

  • i would use desitin when i was in the army and had to run all the time. Even with the spandex shorts, i still chafed. But the desitin worked wonderfully.

    THE BEST Stuff though..... Is Chafting cream. They sell it at many local grocery stores. In the same isle as the razors. : )

    You can also put this cream on your inner thighs when you wear a skirt/dress so your legs/thighs don't rub together and get uncomfortable. If that makes sense. : )

  • I do baby powder. I carry it around with me if I'm wearing a skirt in the summer time.

  • use some non-scented deodorant to keep your legs from chafing, its cheap and easy.
