latex nipples vs. silicone?

  • i would do silicone bc some people are sensitive to latex, plus silicone is more stable under high heat

  • definitely silicone if you or your hubby has any history of latex allergy or sensitivity. latex gives me a really "fun" :( rash, so dd will not get latex anything if we can avoid it. and silicone has less of a risk of cracking and wearing out quickly like latex can.

  • Silicone. The last longer. You can sterilize them once a week. Latex should only be boiled once. Your baby may have a preference though, my son hates latex.
