What to give my 3yr old when she is vomiting??

  • You can also give ginger ale or even Gatorade. Just water will actually make then dehydrate faster. Give toast, bananas and applesauce to eat.

  • Water, that's about it. When she can keep water down for a while then chicken broth is very good. Soda crackers and 7-UP is also a good comfort food as well. Hope she feels better soon

  • Pedialyte comes in different flavors, just to make sure she doesn't dehydrate.

  • Pedialyte. If she feels okay to eat just plain toast, no butter, or saltines. Then as the girl above said you can introduce chicken noodle soup.
