my daughter has these little bumps on her....

they're on her thighs, sides of her abdomen and lower belly and upper arms and back.

i noticed she got these once she had roseola but that was a year ago.
its not heat rash, its always there. you cant really see them unless youre in the light and/or feel them. it feels like sand paper. :( its sad i dont want this to stay on her.
some of the bumps have a black dot on the top but they aren't black heads or pimples. they dont itch her either

any ideas?? should i take her to a dermatologist?

  • I can tell you tomorrow. My son has similar bumps on him like you described, except his is on his face and shoulders. Im taking him to the Doctors tomorrow, so Ill let you know what he says.

  • there heat bumps my 5month old had the same thing... They get to hot...check into it... The doctor told me not to put nothing on them..

  • its not heat bumps. they never go away and shes had them for about a year now. i live in arizona and am familiar with heat rash.

  • My son has similar little bumps, and he was diagnosed with Keratosis Pilaris by his pediatrician.
