If you could require all women to read ONE book...what would it be?

I was thinking about this earlier. I'm between" Taking Charge Of Your Fertility" and "Ina May's Guide to Childbirth" but I think I would have to go with TCOYF because my DH and I had SO MUCH trouble conceiving only to read this book after a LONG TTC journey and get pregnant in one month of implementing FAM.

I would make this REQUIRED reading for EVERY woman in the world if I could.

What book would you mandate IF you had the power?
