naturally speaking, what can I take or do that calms anxiety and nerves.

  • Tea, hot bath, meditation, deep breathing exercises...I've used them all and they work well

  • Chamomile oil. Dab a few drops on your wrist and rub in.

    If you drink tea, make sure it's caffeine free or you'll just exacerbate the problem. Herbal teas are great!

  • Chamomile, lavendar, lemon balm all have sedative qualities.
