Mommies, which of these mommy self help book ideas do you think is best?

I'm a writer and trying to decide what I want to start working on. I need a little mommy advice. Which of these book ideas do you like best? Thanks:

1) Coping with the baby blues, written from the perspective of a mommy who has been there. Complete with exercises to help get you out of the funk and actual stories from mommies who've had the baby blues.
2) How to handle having kiddos close together. How to care for baby without causing your toddler to feel left out.

  • They both sound like common familiar topics. I just hope they wouldn't be lost in the sea of other mommy self-help books. Some seem to give such ridiculous and unrealistic advice and just would never work for me, so I quit buying/reading any of them. I stick with fiction now :)
