What do you consider casual professional dress for an office?

I work for a govnt office, and the dress is casual professional, but I'm wondering what exactly that is. I usually dress a little nicer than most of the gals I work with, except Fridays, which is jeans day! :-)

Help me out, ladies!

  • Casual but professional to me means nothing shorter than knee length, no spaghetti straps, no shorts....and no flip flops or really wide open sandals. Pencil skirts, capris, that kind of thing.
