2 cups of cooked rice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Good quality soy sauce like Kikkoman.
Sunbird stirfry seasoning mix.
1 eight oz. bag of frozen vegetables, cooked and ready. I usually get the diced carrots and peas.
And 1 lb of meat. I cook seperately.
In a large fry pan or better a wok, put 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Put in your thawed vegetables.
After the vegetables have warmed up, add the rice. Be sure to stir continuously to so you don't burn the rice.
Once the rice is heated up, make a "hole" in the middle of the pan and add the soy sauce and seasoning packet. Stir up and then stir the whole thing. Mix well.
Make sure you mixed well.
Make another "hole" in the center of the pan, add the 3 eggs. Let the eggs thickened up and stir up in the middle of the pan.
When the eggs are almost cooked, mix the eggs into the rice.
Once the eggs are completely cooked, you're finished.

I usually do all the veggies and meat that I want in there, so they're a little soft, like the carrots for instance.. I usually fry those up in a wok for a couple minutes (just depends on how small I have the carrots) with a little bit of veggie oil. Then I throw in some cooked rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, some other veggies, like.. sugar snap peas, red bell peppers, etc... and continue frying. I season to taste. Sometimes, I'll add some eggs into it.

Oh ok. well I am confused, I thought you were suppose to use egg too. And if you do do you cook the egg separate or when does that come in?

I usually do it separately. And I keep stirring as it cooks so there's not big clumps of egg, like a traditional scrambled egg dish.

Cook the rice and set it aside (or use leftover rice)
Put some oil in the bottom of a skillet (1-2 TBSP)
Add whatever veggies you like ...peas, carrots, garlic, onions, etc ~ Chop them as SMALL as possible!
Cook veggies until tender
Add rice and soy sauce (as much as you need to cover rice, you will need to experiment to see how much...you can always add more, so dont start with a lot)
Saute until rice absorbs sauce and "fries"
You can scramble an egg ahead of time, or with the veggies, but its not necessary
If you want meat, add it (cooked and chopped already) when you add the rice.
