Can you get PPD even after two years after your baby was born?

My life drastically changed after the birth of my son. I quit my job because he had health issues. We sold our second vehicle. I'm stuck at home by myself all the time. We have limited funds because we are renovating our house.

Everyday I feel more and more like I should have waited to have him. I love him with all my heart but I just feel like I am not being the best mother I can be to him. I feel like he deserves more.

Is this PPD or something else?

  • Sounds like depression, but not PPD. Talk to your doctor about it. Meds can make life a lot more bearable. GL!
