  • I agree with BradensismySon. For some it doesn't start until later, for my mom it was at 40, but my auntie had four kids after she was 40.

  • Agree with Bradens, too! Menopause means the end of the childbearing years. THAT should be your first clue that you are too old! I think those women who have been "pushing the envelope" to have children in their late 50's, 60's and now 70's are doing so for attention and to fill a void.

  • When your body no longer produces the necessary eggs and hormones.

    Sad that the little one will lose his/her mother at such a young age. But, in reality, that happens with 20, 30 yo mother as well.

  • This has been asked and answered in different forms so many times. Honestly you don't produce eggs throughout your life. You are born with the ones you are going to have. That is why it gets more dangerous the older you are because of the actual age of the eggs. As for when, not my place to tell someone.
