  • Do not go barefoot or wear flat shoes.
Before getting out of bed stretch your feet and draw the ABC's with your feet.
Sketchers Shapeups helped my feet a lot, I wear them when I walk on my treadmill.

  • I agree with everything Keksie says.

I have Plantar Fiacaitis and It can be very painful. I need to buy really good walking shoes, and I never let my feet touch the floor without my shoes on. This helps. Make sure you get good arch supports to put in them.

I also, as often as I can with treat my feet with either cold or heat packs, alternating them. (15 - 20 min each)

You can also take to small water bottles, fill them and freeze them. Roll them under your feet, near your heal.

    Hope this helps some.
