How do you do the kegels in a set of 3's? I have a Kegel Master 2000 and i want to learn to do it right.

  • do 3 sets of 10-15... that's the norm for any kind of rehab strengthening exercise

    You don't need a tool to do kegels. I do sets of ten whenever I think about it; several times a day.

  • hold the muscle contraction for a count of 3... that = one rep!! contract... count 1, 2, 3... then relax... that's one... do this 3 sets of 10 reps!!
