  • Dairy and bananas will thicken mucus, whereas pears will help thin mucus.

  • i stopped milk because of that reason
    and after three days my toddlers language improved!!!

    (possible autism, still not done with testing)

    she is almost three, so milk not needed

    and she does not have milk now, and her runny nose that I always blamed on daycare germs-that is gone

  • I have eliminated dairy due to lactose intolerance and being on a NO BELLY FAT diet. never heard that old wives tale but KNOW that it causes FAT.
