  • Well, with limited information these are some of my favorites...holler if you'd like a recipe.

    Chicken Divan
    Broccoli Stuffing Bake with Chicken
    Hashbrown Casserole with ham or polska kielbasa
    Tuna Casserole

  • My family likes corned beef casserole.
    One can of corned beef (found near spam and treat). Take out of can and break up with a fork.
    One bag of noodles cooked
    One tablespoon dry onion or you can use a onion diced fine, but I haveone who thinks they don't like onions so we hide it.
    One can cream mushroom soup
    One soup can milk
    One small bag of shredded mozzeralla cheese

    Mix the above ingredients. I usually mix on the pan that I cooked my noodles. Put into casserole dish and bake at 325 for 30-45 min. Until heated thru and if fresh onion is used till cooked. I also like to top with bread crumbs or croutons on the top.
    This casserole freezes well, just take out of freezer in the morning and bake for supper. I usually add a bit more milk prior to baking if I froze it. When I was working full time I would have several of these in the freezer at a time for busy nights.

  • Tator tot casserole: Layer in a baking dish 1 lb. browned ground beef and onion, 2 cans green beans or mixed veggies, spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup over veggies, top with 1 lb. tator tots. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Shepherd's pie: Cook 1 lb. ground lamb (or beef) with onion, add a seasoned gravy, veggies if desired (usually cooked carrots or green beans), top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

  • Bruschetta Chicken Bake

    * 1 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
    * 2 garlic cloves, minced OR 1 tsp. minced garlic
    * 1 6 oz. box chicken flavored stuffing mix
    * 1/2 c. water
    * 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
    * 1 tsp. dried basil
    * 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tomateos with liquid in medium bowl. Add garlic, stuffing mix and water; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside

    Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish; sprinkle with basil & cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  • Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

    * 3 Tbsp. margarine
    * 1/2 c. chopped onion
    * 1 can cream of chicken soup
    * 1 4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
    * 1/3 c. milk
    * 16 oz. container cottage cheese
    * 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
    * 2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    * 1 8 oz. pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
    * 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    * 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan and saute onion. Stir in soup, mushrooms, milk and cottage cheese. Layer half the noodles in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with 1/2 the sauce mixture, 1/2 the chicken and 1/2 of each the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Repeat and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

  • Pizza Casserole:

    1 lb. ground beef

    1 large onion, chopped

    1 medium green pepper, chopped

    1 Tbsp. minced garlic

    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    3 to 6 oz. pepperoni slices, slices quartered

    1 4 oz. can mushrooms pieces, drained

    3 to 4 cups spaghetti sauce

    16 oz. Rotini (spiral) pasta, cooked al dente

    16 oz. mozzarella cheese

    Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook the ground beef with onions, green peppers and garlic until beef is browned. Drain and add Parmesan cheese. Stir in the pepperoni, mushrooms, and spaghetti sauce until well combined. Simmer for 10 minutes.

    Place the cooked pasta in the baking dish. Top with 1/2 the cheese, beef/sauce mixture and the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

  • Baked Spaghetti:

    1 c. chopped onion

    1 c. chopped green pepper

    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

    1 28 oz. can crushed or diced tomatoes with liquid

    1 4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained

    2 tsp. dried oregano

    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained

    16 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained

    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

    1 can cream of mushroom soup

    1/4 c. water

    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    1 small can sliced black olives

    In large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and oregano. Add ground beef. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Tope with 1/2 of the tomato/beef mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat layer. Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and top wi

  • My kids love this:
    1 package owens ground breakfast sausage
    2 packages pilsbury cresent rolls
    6 eggs
    cheddar cheese

    saut the sausage until done
    opens both packages pilsbury cresent rolls spread in a cake pan
    top with sausage
    then top with cheddar cheese
    whisk eggs together top over the cheese bake at 350 until done
    YOu can add anything you want. I also make homemade salsa dh tops it with that.
    When serving to adults I saut onions and jalepenos with the sausage

  • macaroni,cheese,and tomatoes

    cook 1 lb macaroni (do not over cook)
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 block (1/2 lb cheese) I use cracker barrel
    season to taste

    mix together and put in baking dish
    bake 1/2 hour or until cheese melts completely (at 350)

    cover with foil if you do not like a crunchy top

    you can also ad meat if you want

  • Taco Pie

    1lb prepared taco meat
    2 cans cheddar cheese condensed soup
    1 can rotel
    1 1/2 c milk
    1 1/2 c shredded cheese
    1 bag frozen corn
    4 10" tortillas (torn into bite-sized pieces)

    Cover with foil and bake 30-40minutes at 350º.
    Serve with tortillas, tortilla chips, wheat crackers, or pitas.
