How can I get rid of the whiteheads that won't seem to go away on my 2 year old's nose?

I have tried everything but can't get rid of them and more keep popping up. She has fair skin that gets irritated easily so I'm not sure what to do without making it worse.

  • Don't do anything to them. They may not be whiteheads. Take her to her doctor and get them looked at. I have a friend's daughter who has this and they were not whiteheads even though they looked like them.

  • I'd talk to my doctor and don't pop them. You may be scarring her for nothing.

  • my 5 year old daughter has whiteheads, her dr. just said to wash her face every night, DO NOT SQUEEZE THEM! if you do they could become infected.
