snack ideas

My issues are snacking..I get bored easily so I am looking for healthy snack ideas. Not the typical common sense ones but maybe something different that you think is yummy and satisfying!

  • i love mangos. and anything citrus. and i still love ants on a log. lol

  • Fruit in any form. I love cutting up pineapple and having a bowl of it in the fridge. Put all the junk at the back of the fridge so it's not a first option when you first go in!
    Keep yourself busy too! If your busy you can't get bored, right? lol

  • I always have carrots, celery and fat free dip on hand. I know this is obvious, but that's what I like.

    You could try dried fruit, bsnana chips or fat free granola?

  • i munch on dry cereal, granola, fruits and veggies. in the summer i often have a quinoa salad, and i snack on that.
