  • My daughter is 7. She wears size 14 tops, but 16s are not too big. She's a little chunky, but mostly she is big. She's a head taller than all the girls in her class. She wears a size 3 shoe. They will probably both reach their full height at a young age and stay there.

  • my daughter is 6..she weighs 60lbs..shes a head taller than everyone in her class..she wears a size 2 shoe..size 7/8shirts and pants..but size 6/7 in shorts and skirts..then again she also has some size 4 shorts that still fit her..people tell me shes so tall..shes in kindergarten, people always think shes in grade 1 or 2..i kinda wish she was smaller..but i know thats not gonna happen, because im 6 feet, and her dad is 6'5", sooo shes gonna be tall!!!!

  • My almost 9yo son wears a 12 (from the boys section) and can fit into a men's small or medium shirt (depending on how big we want it to be, but usually wears a boy's large or XL). He wear's a size 4 show (which is a woman's 6) but might have outgrown those already. He's 4'6" and 75lbs. He's tall and skinny as heck.

  • My son used to be very big, he was wearing 6-12 month clothes at 6 weeks and 12-18 months at 3 months. He had a nasty bout of rotavirus at 12 months that knocked enough weight off him to bring him from 95th percentile to below 5th percentile. It wasn't until he was 4 that he caught up again but this year he has grown so much, he's gone from a 2T on his fourth birthday 9 months ago to a 4 and they're almost too short again. His waist is still tiny, he can wear the same 18-24 month shorts that he started wearing at 9 months, so I need to cinch stuff right in. He's 43" tall, 32lbs, and he wears a size 10 or 11.

One of the girls in his preschool class was crazy tall, over 4' and I think she wears a size 1 shoe. She turned 5 about 4 months ago and she's as big as I was the day I started high school. Really scary.
