  • grilled chicken, egg whites and fruit, & special k protein bars, & water 6 days a week. work 5-6 days a week.
    mega-t green tea pills.

  • i started with a cleanse then did a workout dvd.. hip hop abs.. i lost 16 lbs the first month.. lost 6 with the cleanse
